Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. To accommodate your needs, we allow changes or cancellations to an order within 24 hours of placing it. After this timeframe, your order will likely be in the processing phase, and changes or cancellations may not be possible.

If your order is canceled within the 24-hour window, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We carefully package our products to prevent damage during transit. A product is considered damaged if it arrives defective or physically broken. Please note that damage to packaging, such as dented boxes, does not qualify as a damaged product if the item itself is in good condition.

If your item arrives damaged, notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@revivs.com. Include clear photos of the damage. Once reviewed, we will determine if you are eligible for a free replacement.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping and Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control may occur. We are not liable for delays, lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. If you realize the address is incorrect, please notify us at support@revivs.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Revivs is not responsible for resending or refunding orders shipped to incorrect addresses if we are not notified within this time frame.
