Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it is placed. Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it is officially considered "dispatched" and on its way to your chosen address. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may extend to up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping carrier’s transit time. Below is an estimate based on country:

Please note that unexpected delays may occur due to peak times, holidays, or customs processes for international orders. Revivs cannot control these factors but will work diligently to keep you updated.
Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details
It is your responsibility to ensure that all shipping details are accurate at the time of checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in processing delays or order cancellations. If our system detects an issue with your address, we’ll reach out via email within 3 business days for verification. If we don’t receive a response within this time, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us at support@revivs.com within 24 hours of placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate changes, we cannot guarantee adjustments after this time frame.
Delayed Delivery
We understand that timely delivery is important, and we strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, such as:

- Transportation disruptions
- Courier delays during peak times
Additionally, processing or shipment delays may arise due to payment processing issues, address verification, or product availability. If we encounter any issues that might cause a delay, we’ll notify you promptly. While Revivs is not liable for external delays, we will work with courier partners to resolve issues and keep you updated on your order status.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is handed over to our courier partners, Revivs cannot control its delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact us at support@revivs.com, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim with the courier. Most courier companies have a claims process, and we will also follow up with them on your behalf.
Please note: Revivs is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and cannot guarantee refunds for these incidents. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement as a goodwill gesture. If theft is suspected, we recommend filing a police report for added documentation.
